What happens when you use the contact form
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent directly to our team at kd@meansconsulting1.com and stored securely so we can respond to you. We use it only to handle your inquiry and never sell or share it for marketing.
What to share
Please include only your name, contact details and a general reason for reaching out. Do not send diagnoses, detailed health or trauma history, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the form or email.
No professional relationship
Contacting us does not create a counseling or therapeutic relationship. Any services begin only after an intake process and mutual agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat inquiries with care and respect, but email is not a fully secure channel and we cannot promise absolute confidentiality for information sent through it. Confidentiality for clients is discussed during intake.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited for security and performance. We do not sell personal information.
